About Us
I began making and selling dessert sauces in 2006. My artisan dessert sauces are hand-crafted in small batches in D S Chocolate's kitchen located in the Santa Cruz Mountains of Northern California.
Using the finest ingredients available; premium dark chocolate, (not cocoa powder), cream, butter, sugar, rice syrup and vanilla, I produce sauces that are intensely dark, yet velvety smooth, and incredibly rich and creamy.
Warmed, Desperately Seeking Chocolate sauces are delicious paired with friut or fresh baked goods. Poured over ice cream they will remind you of something you may have tasted long ago.
